I have a 5 burner Lacanche range and have 2 questions:
    1. What is the best to clean the oven? Any special tools? Professional cleaner in the Bay Area, CA?
    2. The sticker decals are gone, and we have no idea the temp of the range as well as the various levels of the stove top. Can you send us new decals?

Hi Martha, thanks for reaching out. I believe we spoke on the phone, but wanted to make sure you received this. We don’t have any professional cleaners in the Bay Area or other areas. The ranges are fairly easy to clean with some time and effort. The best way to clean the oven is to use a Fume Free Easy Off or Spray Way Grill and Oven Cleaner as directed. You can also take off oven door and rack guides to give you a nice surface to work with. The instruction are above on the video. For more information on cleaning, please see our website cleaning link: https://www.frenchranges.com/customer-care/range-cleaning/ or email care@frenchranges.com.

      2. The sticker decals are gone, and we have no idea the temp of the range as well as the various levels of the stove top. Can you send us new decals? The markings on the control knobs are silk screened on they are not decals. You may consider using an internal thermometer into the oven. I think your next step is to call our Support Team and see what they recommend. 1-888-222-2930, support@frenchranges.com.
