What are the sizes of the ovens?
The Cluny-sized oven on the Beaune is 16w x 12h x 18d. The vertical convection oven is 12 3/4w x 17h x 16 1/2d.
The Beaune oven seems small. What will my limitations be?
The Beaune oven is smaller compared to traditional American ovens. The compact oven provides a more efficient use of space, concentrating the heat on the food instead of the empty space. You can fit a roasting pan with a 26 pound turkey inside! Standard-size cookie sheets, casserole dishes, cupcake tins and most dutch ovens will fit inside. The only potential issues you will have are with frozen pizzas and pastry sheets, however, we provide you with pastry sheets that custom fit onto your oven racks.
Are your ovens gas or electric or electric convection?
Your choice! You can choose for the Cluny-sized oven on the Beaune to be gas or electric. The vertical convection oven can convert to static electric with toggle switch. *Convection is not an option for the Cluny-sized oven on the Beaune.
Can I get a convection oven?
The convection fan will take up 2 inches in the back of the oven, so we do not recommend convection for the Beaune model, as you will be losing precious space.
What are the electrical requirements for the range?

What is the lead time on ordering my range?
Lead time for the arrival of your range is dependent on several factors: the size/model of the range you order, upgrading to a premium color finish, and then of course whether or not you choose air vs. ocean freight. As approximate timelines, it will take up to about 3 months by air/ or about 5 months by boat from the time you place your order for your range to arrive at your house.
*Note: Add 4 weeks if lead time includes August, as the factory is on Holiday during that time. To obtain a more accurate timeline for the specific range you’re interested in, please give us a call at: 1-800-408-2433.
