The range at the end of this video is a Chagny 1400. As this is an older-model Lacanche, please note the Traditional Plate shown is "uncoated". All Traditional Plates now come �coated� and match the burner grates (and offer easier maintenance and higher performance). Interior oven dimensions of the Chagny are 16"w x 12"h x 18"d.
