Lacanche Ranges
The story of cuisinière, or kitchen ranges, would not be complete without mentioning a small, family-owned company in the rural village of Lacanche, France. For it is here, in the Côte d’Or district of Burgundy, that some of the world’s premiere kitchen ranges have been designed and hand-crafted for more than two centuries.

High-performance gas ranges have been the passion of Art Culinaire staff since 1987. We are self-described students of French gastronomy, simply defined as "the art or science of good eating".
Our primary mission involves pairing world-class culinary equipment with unmatched technical support. If our altruistic efforts help inspire a revival of family meal and organic local produce, we will have truly succeeded.
