Hello and thanks for providing this forum (and your beautiful website!). We are planning a kitchen renovation for 2012 and are leaning heavily toward a Cluny. Is the convection option still available for the Cluny electric oven? And if so, is there a toggle switch to turn off the fan, or is it on all the time? I know that the fan reduces the depth of the oven, but this is of less concern to me than whether or not I can operate the oven without the run running.

Hi Ara

The Cluny and the Chagny ovens (ie the small ovens) do not come with the toggle switch if you order convection...all other models with the Sully-size (or large) ovens do come with the toggle switch. Should you order a convection oven in the larger oven, the toggle switch toggles between convection and static operation...which means the fan only runs when you are using the convection option, and is off when you are cooking with static electric only.
