Hello Everyone,

We moved into our new home just over a year ago and I am finally semi-organized enough to be able to send pictures of our beautiful blue Cluny. I designed the entire kitchen around this beauty, and am very happy with how everything turned out.

Hi Stan,

Here's a closeup picture of the backsplash. The backsplash and surrounding tile was custom painted by Chic Tile in Redwood City, CA. They also provided the floor tile in the kitchen as well as stone/tile for all of the bathrooms and antique limestone for our entry way.

Hi Jolene,

Yes, I love my kitchen! The tile backsplash was painted on the tiles from a picture I found on the web. The only regret I have is putting the pot filler on the left instead of the right. When I made the decision about where the pot filler needed to go I didn't realize that it would be smack in the middle of the wine barrel. One of those lessons learned in building a house for the first (and last) time! I used Chic Tile in Redwood City, CA for all our tile and stone flooring.

Hi Karla

Thank you for sharing this and the name of your tile installer in Redwood City, CA.
Do you have any special holiday recipes or tips for decorating your kitchen for the holidays you would enjoy sharing with the other Lacanche owners?

Sending warm wishes from Art Culinaire in beautiful Woodinville, WA.

Hi! I'm thinking of purchasing a cluny myself. Is the ovens big enough for a 20 ib. turkey? How many cookie sheets can you fit in one oven. Can a 12 by 18 inch cookie sheet fit? I have a sister who lives in Rocklin can she come and see your oven? I live in Yorba lInda. Pansy
